About to PMHE 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Public Management, Health and Education (PMHE 2025) will be held in the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen, which is a top gathering of experts, scholars and practitioners in the fields of public management, public health and education from around the world. Through in-depth academic exchanges and practical sharing, explore the latest developments and challenges in public management, health services and policies, as well as education reform and development. The conference emphasizes interdisciplinary and cross-border communication and cooperation, aiming to provide an open and inclusive platform for participants to collide ideas and jointly seek solutions to complex issues in public management, health, and education in the context of globalization. As an important gateway city along the southeast coast of China, Xiamen is renowned for its charming natural scenery and profound cultural heritage. PMHE 2025 is not only a professional platform for knowledge sharing and technical exchange, but also a friendship bridge connecting elites in the fields of global public management, health, and education. All full paper submissions to the PMHE 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PMHE 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icpmhe@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
